There are many types of yoga which are used for different purposes based on the need and comfort of people. There are separate varieties for every organ pain. Yoga is the best way for beating the stress in this generation.
Yogasanam has a deep foundation from the olden times. In general there are many yoga’s associated with actions in our daily activities. Ancient people slowly recognized these actions and framed into different types of yoga. There are several yogas available to solve any problems faced by humans. In addition yoga is also classified into many types based on the convenience and ideas of guru who preaches it.
To mention a few, following are some important types of yoga:-
Bhakthi yogasanam:
This yogasanam comprises of practicing and devoting ourselves to the Almighty. This type of yoga is for the sake of worshiping the God.
Hatha yogasanam:
In this “Ha”-means the positive current, the sun. “Tha” –means the negative current, the moon. This yoga is for the physical maintenance. And this is the yoga for back pain also.
Karma yogasanam:
This yogasanam is for the purification of the karmas (actions) done by a person in his life. By this yogasanam one can be purified.
